SERVICE INCLUDES:
- AN EVALUATION and RECOMMENDATION REPORT.
- Measure Lawn, Garden and Shrub areas.
- Perform a Soil Penetration test with a Penetrometer to determine how well the water will penetrate the soil. This helps evaluate soil condition.
- Take a soil sample for evaluation. The Level ll Soil Analysis is not included.
- Test Soil PH level.
- Review the entire area to be treated.
- Consult with home owner about problem areas, such as poor drainage, hard dry spots, or other conditions or concerns.
- Determine what the customer wants to see when they look out upon their property.
- Inquire about Pest conditions.
- Outline a recommendation that includes procedures and pricing.
